This is a lovely idea we saw floating around Instagram and Pinterest that we thought would be fun to make. Families with young children (like us) are always looking for fun ways to make family worship more fun and interactive for kids.
This wheel of family worship is a colorful way to decide what your family worship activity (or activities) will be for the day.
There are 10 possibilities to choose from!
- MAKE a Bible based art project
- READ a story from the yearbook
- WATCH a JW Broadcasting Video
- LISTEN to a bible reading
- SING a new kingdom song
- MEMORIZE a bible scripture
- PREPARE comments for a meeting
- PRACTICE field service presentations
- READ a bible comic strip
- ACT out a bible scene
This is a really really fun idea for kids with short attention spans, because it brings in some variety to family worship! As you can see from the photos below, we were able to use this already for our youngest family member. He drew a photo of the Paradise and was really excited to tell us all the details that he included in the photo.
We hope that some other families out there can utilize this fun tool Assembling it is pretty easy, just print it out onto something like cardstock and cut out the arrow. You can use a little pin or something to help the arrow spin better or you can buy and arrow spinning tool to replace our paper one. A board game spinner is about $5 on Amazon. Whatever floats your boat!
You can download this free wheel of family worship spinner, by clicking the button above! If you’re able to use this for your family worship, please feel free to tag us on Instagram. It’s always such a joy to us to see when others are able to use our creations!
I really do love all of the family activities they are really helpful and fun
I had a little spinner that the kids received in a fast food meal. I took it apart and replaced the previous image with this spinner image. It looks so pretty and fun! We tried it at family worship. I think the adults liked it even more than the kids. 🙂
What a lovely idea! So glad to hear that you liked it Azure! 😀
I love, love , love the sign language meeting pages. Do you have the assembly notebooks too?
What an incredibly loving idea to create such a wonderful website! Thank you so much. Our girls are 8 and 9 years old and are so excited to see what we are going to do or use next. This school holiday period we are using the junior pioneer kit. We normally stuggle to get out in the holidays, but this time the girls have goals and cant wait to get their certificate at the end. Thank you again. We are extremely grateful. xxxxxxx Debbie and Brian from New Zealand
LOVE it!!! Just wished the background didn’t hav the chevron print or the title also big and colorful…using up all that ink:( I will probably print at staples on thicker paper so I can hav it done on thick cardstock. Thanx for all the hard work u put into the beautiful printables:)
Hi Carla! Thank you for stopping by. Please enjoy!
Thank you very much for the time you’ve spent on developing ideas and making them so easily accessible. They come as a great benefit for me and my two boys. Thank you for all of your hard work and effort.
Good Morning Spiritual Family! My Name is Michelle G. from Illinois. Thank you so much for the blessing of this website. I’ve thought for months of gifts to give at our International Convention and many were just too expensive. Thank you for your self sacrificing love and kindness through the many free gifts on this site! Reminds me of Jehohovah’s word “received free…give free”. Is there a way to donate? About 400 friends including Delegates from 12 countries will have your Family Worship Invites along with a typed list of Family Worship Ideas at our International Convention here in St. Louis! I hope to meet you one day…if not on this side, the other side at some point before eternity! 🙂 Agape Forever!!
Thanks for the beautiful aid
