Contributor Guidelines

Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here and ready to share your creative work with the JW community. Before submitting your printable, please take a moment to review the following guidelines. These help us maintain a high standard of quality and unity across the site.

Image & File Requirements

  • Cover Image Size:
    Upload a square 900 x 900px image. This is the only image used for your printable, so make it count!
    (Need help? We offer easy-to-use Canva templates to get you started in the templates section.)
  • Printable File Format:
    Submit your printable as a single PDF file or as a single ZIP file.
    If your printable has multiple pages, make sure they’re combined into one file before uploading.

Content We Accept

We welcome printables that are:

  • Spiritually encouraging and Bible-based
  • Designed with Jehovah’s people in mind (including kids, pioneers, elders, families, and more)
  • Modest, respectful, and suitable for all ages
  • Easy to print and use at home without the need for commercial printing or fancy equipment

Content We Do Not Accept

To protect our brand and community, we cannot approve printables that:

  • Act as workbooks or guides that follow along with publications (e.g. Watchtower or Insight books)
    (To show respect for the teaching arrangement Jehovah has put in place, we avoid anything that might seem like we’re offering our own study guides or instructional content. Even if our intentions are good, it could give the wrong impression if someone uploads worksheets or companion guides that look like they’re trying to explain or teach official material.)
  • Contain doctrinal commentary, extra teaching, or personal interpretation
  • Use crosses, religious icons, or supernatural/magical themes
  • Include copyrighted content (song lyrics, characters, images, etc.) especially from JW.org
  • Promote personal websites, businesses, emails, newsletters, or social media handles

Design Tips for Better Submissions

  • Use clear, easy-to-read fonts and check carefully for typos
  • Make your design printer-friendly. Avoid using full dark backgrounds or fluorescent colors
  • You may include a small text credit line (e.g. “Created by ___”), but do not watermark your file

Final Checklist Before You Submit

  • Your PDF or ZIP file opens properly and is complete
  • You’ve double-checked for spelling and quality
  • You’re uploading a square 900x900px cover image
  • Your printable is appropriate for worldwide use
  • You’ve read these guidelines carefully
