Refund and Membership Policy
The full policy, in plain language.
This is the official refund and membership policy for JW Printables. It applies to everyone who joins as a Supporter or buys an individual printable from the site.

1. Memberships overview
JW Printables offers three Supporter membership options:
- Monthly membership, billed every month
- Yearly membership, billed once per year at a discounted rate
- 7-day Supporter pass, a one-time $9.99 payment for seven days of full access
All three grant immediate access to all premium printables, games, tools, and Good Things articles for the duration of the active subscription period. Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically. The 7-day pass does not renew and expires automatically at the end of the seven days.
A free account remains separate from any paid membership. Free members can browse the full site, see every premium item listed, and download all free printables, as long as they remain subscribed to the newsletter.
2. The 3-day money-back guarantee
Monthly and yearly memberships are covered by a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment, subject to the following conditions.
Eligibility
- The refund request must be received within three (3) calendar days of the original payment.
- No premium content may have been accessed during that period. Premium content includes downloaded printables, premium games, and premium tools.
Process
- Send a refund request to hello@jwprintables.com within the 3-day window.
- If both conditions above are met, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
After the 3-day window
The guarantee window closes regardless of whether the membership has been used. Refunds are no longer available from that point forward.
The 7-day Supporter pass is not eligible for this guarantee. The 7-day pass is non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
3. Situations where no refund is given
JW Printables does not issue refunds in the following situations:
- A monthly or yearly membership has auto-renewed and the customer did not cancel before the renewal date.
- The customer signed up for the wrong plan (for example, yearly instead of monthly) and did not request a refund within the 3-day window.
- The customer purchased an individual printable.
- The customer used the membership for part of the billing period and then stopped using it.
- The 7-day Supporter pass was purchased.
- The 3-day refund window has expired.
- Premium content was used during the 3-day window.
These rules apply equally to all members. No exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancelling your membership
A Supporter membership may be cancelled at any time from the account dashboard. Cancellation does not require contacting support.
On cancellation
- Supporter access ends immediately upon cancellation, not at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refund is issued for the remaining unused portion of the billing period.
- The customer's free account remains active, with access to all free printables and content, as long as the newsletter subscription is maintained.
The renewal date for the active subscription is shown in the account dashboard. Customers are encouraged to time their cancellation close to the renewal date to make full use of the period they have paid for.
5. Pioneer complimentary memberships
JW Printables offers complimentary one-year Supporter memberships to verified full-time pioneers. Up to 100 complimentary memberships are made available every six months.
Terms
- Complimentary memberships last one (1) year from the date of approval.
- After the one-year period ends, the complimentary membership expires and is not automatically renewed.
- Previous recipients may reapply for a new complimentary membership in a future window if they remain actively pioneering.
- Complimentary memberships are non-transferable.
- Approval is at the sole discretion of JW Printables based on verification of pioneer status.
- A complimentary membership may be revoked at any time, or if the account is found in violation of this policy.
6. Individual printable purchases
Individual printables may be purchased one at a time by users who are not Supporters. All individual purchases are final.
- No refunds are issued on individual printable purchases for any reason, including accidental purchase, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the content.
- Downloaded files are delivered immediately upon successful payment.
- It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the printable meets their needs before completing the purchase. Free preview information is available on every printable's page.
7. Subscription auto-renewal and failed payments
Auto-renewal
- Monthly memberships automatically renew every month on the anniversary of the original payment date.
- Yearly memberships automatically renew every year on the anniversary of the original payment date.
- The 7-day Supporter pass does not auto-renew.
- The renewal date for an active subscription is shown in the account dashboard. Customers are responsible for cancelling before this date if they do not wish to renew.
Failed payments
- If a renewal payment fails for any reason (expired card, insufficient funds, declined transaction, or any other issue), Supporter access is revoked immediately.
- The customer's free account remains active, subject to newsletter subscription.
- The customer may restart their Supporter membership at any time by submitting a new successful payment.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If a customer files a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer instead of requesting a refund directly from JW Printables, the following actions are taken immediately:
- All Supporter access is revoked.
- All free access is revoked.
- The account is blocked from future purchases or memberships.
- The customer is permanently barred from creating new accounts on JW Printables.
Chargebacks impose direct financial cost on JW Printables and bypass the refund process described in this policy. Customers with legitimate refund requests are strongly encouraged to contact hello@jwprintables.com first. We respond to every email and resolve eligible requests in 5 to 10 business days.
9. Changes to this policy
JW Printables reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date listed at the top.
Continued use of the site or active membership after a policy change indicates acceptance of the updated terms. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
