Donations and Digital Purchases: When you make a purchase on our website, whether it’s for a single printable download or as a monthly supporter, it’s considered a donation and a digital purchase. Therefore, we don’t offer refunds for these transactions. If you encounter any issues related to your purchase, accessing your account, unlocking printables, or wish to cancel your supporter status, please contact us via email. We’re here to assist you in resolving any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE’LL ONLY GIVE REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTIONS IF YOU CANCELLED AT LEAST A DAY BEFORE YOUR NEXT ORDER WITHIN THE SUBSCRIPTION TIMEFRAME, AND YOUR ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED BY MISTAKE.
• Physical Products and Gift Shop: While we don’t sell physical products directly on this website, we do have a gift shop where physical items are available for purchase. These terms are applicable for products purchased through our gift shop (shop.jwprintables.com):
• Customizable Products: We don’t offer refunds for customizable products as you have the opportunity to review and confirm all information before making a purchase or the item being shipped out.
• Amazon Purchases: Regarding purchases made on Amazon through our personal shop website, we cannot process refunds directly. For a refund, please proceed through Amazon’s refund procedure.
• Standard Items: Generally, we do not provide refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, we are open to exchanges. To initiate an exchange, we require the following information:
- A photo of the packaging displaying the label upon arrival.
- Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.
Failure to submit clear photos that clearly identify the damage and include the packaging and label means we will not initiate an exchange.
• Exchange Conditions: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. The item must be shipped back to us before a replacement is dispatched. We do not cover return postage but will reissue a new item without additional shipping costs.
• Digital Downloads & Virtual Products: Digital purchases cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed. All sales are final on digital games, downloadable purchases and other digital items. No refunds, merchandise credits, or exchanges will be offered for these items.
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for mistaken purchases. Videos, photos or detailed descriptions are provided to give an accurate representation of each product. Please review this information carefully before making a purchase.
