Satan wants us to feel like we don’t matter – like we aren’t loved. And we can see that reflected everywhere in the world today. People stepping over each other, tearing others down to lift themselves up. Jesus didn’t mince words about people like that in the Bible. On one occasion he described people like this as children of the Devil who wish to do the desires of their father.

But Jehovah is the exact opposite. The most holy, the most powerful being in existence, and yet He wants each one of us to feel personally seen, personally supported, personally loved. Not as a crowd. As individuals.

If all humans reflected that quality the world would be unrecognizable. And based on Jehovah’s promises, we know it will be one day.

But today, among our spiritual family, we can start now. We can be the ones who make others feel like they matter. Who notice the person who’s struggling, who lifts instead of steps over. May we all make one another feel seen, supported and very loved, the way Jehovah makes each one of us feel that way.
