Today, dozens of Creators and Writers contribute to the platform, get paid for their work, and reach a JW audience they could not build on their own.

Design printables, games, encouragement cards, gifts, congregation resources, study tools, and family worship activities used by brothers and sisters around the world.

Write thoughtful, encouraging articles for our Good Things section that brothers and sisters share with their congregations and read at home.
How contribution works
You upload work to the platform. Brothers and sisters find it through search, browsing, Pinterest, and our newsletter. You get paid every month based on what people downloaded or read. We handle the rest.

How Creators earn
Two ways: a base rate on every premium download, and a monthly bonus pool funded by Supporter revenue.
Base rate
- New Creators (first 12 months): $0.05 per premium download
- Loyal Creators (after 12 active months): $0.08 per premium download
- Free printable downloads do not earn money. Submit 5 free printables in a month and you get a full Supporter membership for free that month. We call it give-free-get-free.
Monthly bonus pool
A portion of Supporter revenue goes into a monthly bonus pool. To qualify that month, you need 10 new approved premium printables published in that calendar month.
Your share is weighted: 70% by your premium download share and 30% by your premium submission share.
How Writers earn
Two ways: a flat rate on every approved article, and a monthly pool share based on the traffic your writing brings in.
Flat rate per article
- New Writers (first 2 years): $3.00 per approved article
- Loyal Writers (after 24 active months): $5.00 per approved article
- Round-up posts: $1.50 flat. A round-up is any article with 4 or more embedded printable cards.
Monthly pageview pool
A portion of monthly Supporter revenue goes into a Writer pool. To qualify, you need 10 approved articles published that month. Your share is based on your total unique pageviews relative to other eligible Writers.

Give free, get free
Creators have the option to earn full premium download access on the platform for themselves by contributing free printables to the community. This is completely separate from your earnings.
How it works
Submit 5 approved free printables in a calendar month, and you get full premium download access that month, just like a Supporter.
This is optional. You can apply as a Creator without committing to free printables. You just won't get the premium access perk in months where you don't hit the threshold.
The way this works is simple: premium printables are how you earn money, and free printables are how you earn premium access on the platform. They are two completely separate things, and you can do one without the other.
Your back catalog keeps earning
You don't have to relist or re-promote your work to keep it earning. Every printable you publish stays in the library and continues earning base rate every time someone downloads it.
- A printable you upload today earns money next month, six months from now, two years from now.
- No need to bump listings, manage SEO, or maintain a separate shop.
- Your earnings compound naturally as your back catalog grows.
Your articles keep earning
Every article you publish stays live and continues bringing in pageviews. An article you write today contributes to your pool share next month and the month after.
- No relisting, no SEO maintenance, no separate platform to manage.
- Your back catalog keeps adding to your monthly pageview total.
- When you submit your article, you transfer the copyright to JW Printables as part of being paid for the work.
Getting paid
- PayPal only. Payouts go to your PayPal email, which you set on your application and update later from your dashboard.
- Monthly schedule. Payouts process in the first 5 business days of the following month.
- $50 minimum threshold. Earnings under $50 in a month roll over to the next month and accumulate.
- 1099 if needed. You get a 1099 if your annual earnings exceed the IRS reporting threshold.

After one year of loyalty as either a Creator or a Writer, you can apply for the second role. We do this so each role can be focused, and so the team gets to know your work in one path before you take on another.
We accept any kind of downloadable content: printables, digital notebooks, graphics, SVG files, bookmarks, greeting cards, games, stickers, planners, and more. If it is encouraging and useful, and moderately or well designed, you can publish it here.
Content that encourages and inspires. Do not write content that "teaches" spiritual things, since that is for the organization to do. Personal experience, practical tips, and round-ups of useful resources are exactly what we want.

That means it is not eligible for publishing on our site, either because the quality did not meet expectations or because it did not fit the content guidelines. A rejection on one submission does not affect your role or your earnings on existing work.
We approve printables and articles that show care and effort. That means solid design or writing, detailed descriptions, good photos, and content that someone would genuinely want to download or read. We are not looking for high-volume, low-effort work. Take your time and submit work you are proud of.
This is very important, please read carefully:
- No printables that compliment, replicate, or replace official JW publications, including OCLAM, Watchtower study materials, meeting workbooks, or specific books.
- No content that "teaches" spiritual or Bible truths. That is for the organization to do. Encouragement, personal experience, and practical helps are welcome.
- No stolen content. All graphics, fonts, photos, and designs must be your own work, or used with full licensing permission you can verify.
- No content that misrepresents JW teachings or is otherwise inappropriate for the brotherhood.
No. There is no application fee, no monthly cost, and no platform fee. You do need to be a current member of JW Printables to apply, but registration is free.
Payouts go out within the first 5 business days of the following month, by PayPal, as long as your earned amount has reached the $50 minimum. If you have not hit $50 yet, your balance rolls over and keeps accumulating until it does.
Yes. You are an independent contractor, which means we do not withhold any taxes. Once you earn the IRS minimum threshold in a year, you will fill out a W-9 form so we can issue you a 1099 at tax time. You are responsible for reporting your earnings to the IRS.
Only if you want the perks. To qualify for the monthly bonus pool, you need to hit the submission threshold (10 new premium printables for Creators, 10 articles for Writers). To get the give-free-get-free Supporter perk as a Creator, you need to submit 5 free printables that month. None of this is required for you to keep your role or keep earning on your back catalog.
You do not need to request or report a break. Just know that your earnings will be affected if you are inactive for too long. After 6 months without new submissions, Creators see their base rate drop. It returns to your previous rate once you submit 10 new premium printables in a single month.
Yes. You can stop creating or writing at any time and downgrade your Creator or Writer account back to a regular member account. No notice required.
For Creators: Your printables stay on the platform for one year after you leave, and you will continue to earn from them during that time. After the year is up, you can request that your items be removed.
For Writers: Your articles stay on the platform permanently. When you submit an article, you transfer copyright to JW Printables as part of being paid for the work, so we keep publishing rights even after you leave.
