The spirit of how we do things
JW Printables is a community-run platform, not a corporation. When you become a Supporter, your membership money goes directly back to the brothers and sisters who make the content you love, the pioneers we offer complimentary memberships to, the JW families we help through Treeway Academy, and the platform costs that keep the doors open.
Every dollar is already accounted for the moment it comes in. That is why we keep our membership policies simple and honest. We do not promise things we cannot follow through on, and we do not hide anything in fine print.
See everything first
Before you ever pay for a membership, you can browse the entire site for free. Free members can see every premium printable, game, tool, and Good Things article we have ever published. Nothing is hidden. You can see exactly what a Supporter membership offers before you decide whether it is for you.
If you want to try the full experience for less, we also offer a 7-day Supporter pass for $9.99. It is a low-risk way to test-drive the whole library before committing to a longer membership.
By the time you sign up for a monthly or yearly membership, you already know what you are getting.
A 3-day money-back guarantee
When you become a Supporter, full access opens up immediately. You can download printables, play games, use tools, browse the whole library, all of it.
If you decide within 3 days that the membership is not for you, you can request a full refund. The only condition: you cannot have used any of the premium content yet. The moment you download a printable, play a premium game, or use a premium tool, you have taken value from the membership, and the refund is no longer available.
Here is how it works in practice:
- You have 3 days from your payment date to request a refund.
- You must not have used any premium content during that time. Downloads, premium games, and premium tools all count as using the membership.
- If you have not touched any premium content, reach out to us within those 3 days and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
- If you do use the premium content, you have decided the membership is worth it, and the refund window closes for you.
After the 3 days are up, the guarantee window closes regardless. By that point, you have had a chance to look around, decide, and commit. From there forward, we do not offer refunds on the membership.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Supporter membership at any time, from your account dashboard. There is no penalty, no exit fee, no waiting period, and no phone call required.
One important note: when you cancel, your Supporter access ends right away. We know that is not how every subscription works, and we want to be upfront about it. We recommend cancelling close to your renewal date so you can use what you have paid for. Your account dashboard will show your renewal date so you can time it.
After cancellation, you keep your free member account. You will still be able to access all the free printables and content as long as you stay subscribed to our newsletter.
No refunds beyond the 3-day window
Once the 3-day guarantee window closes, we do not offer refunds on memberships or individual purchases.
This is true even if:
- A monthly or yearly membership auto-renews and you forgot to cancel before the renewal date
- You realize after the fact that you wanted a different plan than the one you chose
- You bought an individual printable and changed your mind
- You used the membership for part of the period but stopped using it before the end
The 3-day window is your chance to make sure the membership is right for you. After that, what you paid covers what you used.
