My Meeting Notes / Non-Reader Version
My meeting notes is a printable we created based on something we grew up using as children. Our mom would make sheets like this for us for every meeting – hand drawn!
It was a fun but very effective of way of teaching us how to pay attention at the meetings. Sometimes it’s hard for little ones to sit through several hours of a convention or a meeting, but this gives them something to do.
It goes beyond just coloring in a book or drawing quietly while the program goes on. It teaches our little ones to pay attention, to develop those listening skills and because they are listening it also helps the bible’s message touch little hearts even when they are young.
A sister suggested to us that we create a version of the original meeting notes sheet for young ones who can’t read yet. We felt so bad about leaving them out that we jumped right on it! After all, it’s never too early to start planting those seeds!
So today we have available for download a meeting notes sheet designed for little ones who may not be able to read yet. It prompts them to color in each icon for every time that they hear specific phrase at the meeting! We hope your young ones enjoy this one as much as the first!

my daughter is 4 years old and we have been working with her to pay attention at meetings. This has been a great help. our congregation has quite a few young ones that she is friends with and we gifted these to them with crayons and a folder. it is so neat to look around the hall and see the little ones paying attention and “Taking notes.” Thank you for thinking of our little ones and helping us teach them!

I went out last night and bought a printer so I can use these tools and the ones on Jw.org for my son during meetings and service. And the family worship tools are going to be LIFE SAVERS! Thank you for all your hard work!

Thank you so much. Such a great idea, gone are the days of writing in an old tablet Jehovah, Jesus, God across the top of the page and making check marks under them. this is way more interesting, fun and rewarding. Plus they can give it away to someone in the congregation as a beautiful gift after meeting. It can teache two lessons, Listening and Generosity!
